Contact us and we’ll provide you with a free prospective resident’s packet. Our packet includes an application form and a credit and background check authorization form. Please note a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee is due upon submission of your application. Upon approval and acceptance your commitment will be first and last month’s rent and security deposit.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in Placid Cove villas.
