Placid Cove features 4 wet slips allowing for vessels up to a length of 31’ with a maximum 10’ beam. The slips are available for rent annually and or seasonally. Residence at Placid Cove is preferred but not required to rent the boat slips. The dock has freshwater and 110v electric services available.

To maintain the integrity, privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the property; no liveaboards, overnighting, or boat service/ maintenance are permitted other than washing & waxing. No dockside fueling or bilge cleaning or discharge permitted. Security camera access is available to view your boat 24/7.
